Safety operating procedures

1. It is strictly prohibited to work in environments such as strong winds above level 5, rainy days, and nighttime.

2. It is strictly prohibited to use it as a lifting and transportation tool.

3. It is strictly prohibited to hang baskets up and down from the top of buildings, windows, or other openings. It is necessary to wait for the basket to land on the ground (or at the top of the skirt roof) before placing it up and down.

4. Overloading is strictly prohibited for superhuman use, and the number of users in each hanging basket cannot exceed 2 people (double hanging point hanging baskets are fixed at 2 people, neither too many nor too few).

5. It is strictly prohibited to work beyond the guardrail, stand below when working with a suspended basket, and cross work.

6. Necessary protective measures should be taken when conducting welding operations inside the suspended basket.

7. It is strictly prohibited to operate the suspended basket after drinking alcohol, play around inside the basket, and throw debris downwards.

8. The hanging basket must be carefully inspected before use every day.

9. It is strictly prohibited to place flammable and explosive materials such as oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders in the suspended basket.

10. Operators inside the basket are not allowed to wear slippers or bare feet; Or wear shoes that are prone to slipping.

Guidelines for Wearing Safety Ropes and Belts:

1. Safety rope: It is a type of rope that is independently suspended at the top of a building and connected to the operator through the self-locking device of the safety belt to prevent the operator from falling (specified as nylon rope, with a diameter of not less than 16mm, and polypropylene, ethylene, and hemp ropes are not allowed). The diameter should be consistent with the specifications of the safety belt self-locking device.

2. Seat belts: According to the regulations of GB6095-2009 "Seat belts", "fall suspension seat belts" should be selected.

3. Seat belt self-locking device: made of stainless steel plate. The self-locking device is connected to the seat belt, and the safety rope passes through the groove of the self-locking device. When a person working in a high-altitude work basket falls due to a broken work wire rope, the self-locking device of the safety belt's self-locking device will be pulled by the weight of the human body, causing the person falling to be held by the safety rope. The self-locking device itself has three sets of safety devices, which respectively ensure that the safety rope will not slide out of the self-locking groove, the self-locking device will not detach, and the connection between the self-locking device and the seat belt.

Key points for safety management of suspended baskets:

1. Clarify personnel responsibilities and establish a dedicated person responsibility system

2. Develop a suspended basket implementation plan and safety operating procedures.

3. Operators who have passed the training and assessment are required to obtain a high-altitude operation certificate

4. Operators must be suitable for high-altitude operations and undergo safety briefings before starting work

5. Establish a system for basket acceptance and regular inspection.

6. Prepare all necessary factory documents for the hanging basket: The product must have a prominent and durable identification plate, indicating the product name, main technical performance, manufacturing date, factory number, manufacturer, etc.

7. Before use, check the safety of all components and safety devices of the hanging basket

8. Operators should wear safety belts, helmets, and use self-locking devices to secure safety ropes

9. Prohibit the use of climbing tools in the suspended basket

10. No more than 2 personnel are allowed to work inside the suspended basket

11. Uniform load distribution, overloading is strictly prohibited

12. Set up a warning line and a guardian in the basket operation area.

13. No high-voltage lines or devices are allowed within a range of 10 meters.

14. In severe weather such as strong wind and rainstorm, it is forbidden to use the basket to put it on the ground after work, cut off the power supply, lock the electrical box, and take rainproof measures for important parts.

Basket inspection and maintenance:

1. Perform daily inspections and immediately shut down for maintenance if any faults are found.

2. Regular special inspections
