Main components and requirements of the suspended basket:

1. Basket body:

(1) Are the railings, installation brackets, and chassis firmly connected

(2) There are no cracks in the weld seam and no significant damage to the surface of the detached structure

2. Elevator

(1) Is the connection with the installation bracket qualified

(2) No oil leakage or seepage

(3) Is the electromagnetic brake working properly

3. Safety lock

(1) The rocker arm moves flexibly without any jamming

(2) If the inclination angle of the hanging basket is greater than the calibration angle, promptly grasp the safety wire rope

(3) The active parts of the safety lock have no excessive wear and tear

4. Suspension mechanism

(1) All connecting components are firm and reliable

(2) There are no missing or damaged weights

(3) The distance between the two suspension mechanisms is appropriate

(4) Is the positioning of the suspension mechanism firm and reliable

(5) Reasonable and secure setting of pivot arm

5. Steel wire rope

(1) Work rope and safety rope without twisting

(2) The steel wire rope is firmly clamped and the quantity is complete

(3) No damage, wear, rust, or broken strands

(4) Using a calibrated wire rope diameter of Ø 6.0mm

6. Electrical control system

(1) The cables, plugs, and sockets are intact

(2) The conversion switch and emergency stop switch are sensitive and reliable in action

(3) The rising limit switch is sensitive and reliable

(4) The contactor operates sensitively and reliably

(5) The control circuit adopts safe voltage

7. Operation status of suspended platform

(1) There is no abnormal noise during the lifting operation

(2) Is the platform level

(3) Can the safety lock work properly when tilted

(4) Whether the brake action is stuck and whether the braking is reliable

(5) Is the manual sliding device reliable

(6) The elevator rises and falls without any abnormal noise

(7) Is there any obstacle in the operating channel

8. Safety rope

(1) The safety rope is firmly and reliably fixed

(2) The safety rope is not worn or broken

(4) The length of the safety rope should be at least 2-3 meters longer than the height of the building

Installation and dismantling process of suspended basket

Installation of suspension mechanism:

1) Place the insertion rod into the front and rear brackets respectively

2) Adjust the height of the plug-in rod according to the construction needs, and then fix it with bolts

3) Insert the front beam into the front insertion rod separately, and then insert the middle beam into the front beam, or first insert the front, middle, and rear beams, and then insert the front and rear beams into the rear insertion rod

4) Install the working steel wire rope and safety steel wire rope on the two pin axle sleeve under the steel wire rope suspension bracket on the front beam, install the reinforced steel wire rope above, clamp the ends of each rope with rope clamps, and then install limit blocks at appropriate positions on the safety steel wire rope

5) Adjust the extension length of the front beam according to the construction needs, then fit the upper pillar onto the front expansion frame and tighten it with bolts

6) Adjust the distance between the front and rear brackets, then connect the beams to the expansion frame and beams, and adjust them to align the three beams in a straight line. In addition, within the entire length range of the three beams, the horizontal height difference shall not exceed 4%, and only high in the front and low in the back are allowed.

7) Connect the reinforced steel wire rope to the open spiral buckle on the upper support and rear bracket, clamp the end of the steel wire rope with a rope clamp, and then rotate the open spiral buckle to tighten the reinforced steel wire rope. After tightening the front beam to eliminate the gap, rotate 4 or 5 buckles to give it a certain pre tightening force.

8) Place the counterweight evenly on the through rods of the two rear supports.

9) Slowly place the work wire rope and safety wire rope onto the suspension platform parking area

Requirements for fixing steel wire rope:

Precautions for the installation process of the suspended basket:

1. Installation personnel must be in good health and hold a certificate (high-altitude work basket installation and dismantling work permit) before taking up their posts. They must comply with the safety regulations of the construction site, strictly prohibit taking up their posts after drinking alcohol, wear safety belts and helmets, and concentrate on their work.

2. Before entering the construction site, inspect the site and ensure that the work location does not harm others or be harmed by others before starting the operation. Cross operation is strictly prohibited. If the on-site project department forces illegal operations, they can refuse and report to the company for coordination. All construction personnel must fasten their safety belts when working at heights near the edge or on suspended baskets. For those with protective railings, fasten their safety belts before working outside the railings. Only after entering the railings can the safety belts be unfastened.

3. The installation of the suspended basket should strictly follow the instructions and approved installation and removal plan. In special circumstances, installation operations shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements disclosed by the person in charge. Personnel involved in the commissioning and maintenance of the hanging basket must comply with the "Operating Procedures for High Altitude Working Hanging Baskets". The installation personnel shall conduct a secondary inspection of the quality of the incoming structural components. If the steel wire rope is broken or welded, the structural component welds are open or deformed, and it is not allowed to install if it is unqualified, it should be communicated with the person in charge of our company for replacement before it can be put into installation and use.

4. Installation should be carried out during the day, and sufficient lighting should be ensured when it must be carried out at night. When encountering severe weather conditions such as strong winds, thick fog, rain, and snow, work should be stopped and installed components should be properly handled.

5. Before proceeding to the next process, make sure to check if the previous process has been installed safely and reliably in place.

6. During construction, anti fall measures must be taken for tools or items used in high-altitude operations; During the construction process, ensure that the hands are clean and the finished products are well protected. It is strictly prohibited to cause damage to the building. If there is any damage, compensation will be made according to the price; After the construction is completed, the dismantled safety fence must be restored to its original state.

7. The installation process should ensure quality, and after installation, acceptance must be carried out. Only after passing the acceptance and both parties sign the installation acceptance form can it be put into use.

8. Set up a cordon to prohibit personnel unrelated to installation from entering the work site.

Precautions for dismantling the hanging basket:

1. When the work platform is suspended, remove the suspension mechanism components;

2. It is prohibited to remove the fixed checkpoint and counterweight before extracting the working wire rope and safety wire rope;

3. During the dismantling process, tools, accessories, and any other objects must not be thrown, with particular attention paid to steel wire ropes and electricity

When dismantling the cable, it must not be thrown, but must be grabbed with a sturdy hemp rope, slowly relaxed from a high place, or retracted

Go up to the roof and then transfer to the ground.

4. The dismantling steps should follow the procedure of dismantling the suspension mechanism first and then dismantling the work platform;

5. The steps for removing the bracket bolts should be carried out in reverse order of the installation process;
