Job Responsibilities:

1. Age requirement: 35-45 years old, the age can be relaxed for outstanding candidates;

2. Have the ability to manage independent factory areas, preferably with management experience from the manufacturer;

3. Proficient in using warehouse management systems, preferably with experience leading the launch of warehouse management systems;

4. Ability to arrange warehouse parts maintenance and repair, with a better understanding of equipment maintenance;

5. Capable of arranging warehousing and logistics, with relevant experience in piece rate management;

6. Capable of independently completing departmental system construction and writing system documents;

7. The company provides accommodation and offers three meals a day.

Salary: 1.2-1.5. For those with excellent abilities, salary can be negotiated.

Sales (long-term recruitment)

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above

2. Outgoing personality, skilled in communication, familiar with various business etiquette.

3. Having a C1 or higher driver's license and proficient in driving.

4. Priority consideration will be given to those with experience in building materials sales

Job responsibilities;

1. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and project tracking of regional industry channels and customers, and achieving the business targets set by the company.

2. Responsible for the sales of the company's products in the region, including business negotiations, demand investigation and analysis, confirmation of engineering plans and contracts, as well as conducting official business and project verification

3. Participate in the detailed requirement plan work of the project and confirm the detailed requirement report.

4. Coordinate with the on-site supervisor of the construction site and obtain inspection materials from the project department of the construction unit.

Salary: 5000 to 15000 plus commission

Job requirements:

Under 45 years old, able to drive, with a suspended basket installation and dismantling certificate or a construction electrician certificate, and at least one year of on-site maintenance experience
