Zhou Sumei, the assistant to the general manager, introduced the company's special work content for 2024: focusing on our own duties, centering around indicators, collaborating for mutual prosperity, adhering to clear responsibilities, assigning tasks to individuals, and achieving results through data! This year, the company's special work settings involve five major items, all centered around internal control upgrades, demanding results from the team and upgrading to refined management!
To facilitate the implementation of various management tasks, the company has completed the review and determination of annual special project objectives. The heads of each team, witnessed by all Simba employees, signed a commitment letter with the company!

At this year's thematic special work meeting, the Project Service Department, Human Resources and Administrative Department, and R&D-Security Line conducted multiple thematic trainings for all employees.
At the beginning of the new year, several major departments led all staff to review various institutional requirements, promote the implementation of various standards, especially focusing on safety management norms and company safety management regulations.
