The autumn wind brings coolness, and the leaves fall in golden hues. On September 17, 2024, the Mid-Autumn Festival arrived as scheduled. As usual, the "Simba" colleagues gathered in Nanjing, filled with laughter and celebrating togetherness.

   On this occasion, in order to better promote various departments and teams to fully conduct business training and apply it in their work, test the training results of the company in the first half of the year, focus on achieving the annual training goals, integrate education with entertainment, promote all employees to learn new systems, grasp new requirements, and strengthen their awareness of rules, "Nanjing Simba" organized the first "Simba Cup" skills competition, with all employees participating in the "training"!

   This event received enthusiastic support and active participation from all colleagues. It provided an opportunity to showcase skills, hone craftsmanship, and enhance proficiency. It reinforced the original intention of all Simba people to always serve customers with dedication, supplemented by a more diligent and professional attitude, thus earning the trust and praise of customers.

  General Manager Liu expressed his gratitude to all employees for their efforts in the company's development over the years. He wished everyone and every little family who has been supporting them silently a happy holiday! This year marks the 15th anniversary of the company's development. In this industry, all members of Simba have always maintained a strong will to strive, a tenacious momentum, and a full enthusiasm for serving customers to solve problems. Internally, they have achieved success for employees, and externally, for customers! Over the years, the company has also been paying attention to employee growth, focusing on "management details, process details, service details", honing skills, enhancing abilities, strengthening responsibility and mission awareness. Therefore, every year of the company's development is a year of going all out. In the future, we are still full of faith!

At the opening of the event, Deputy General Manager Chen Houjun gave a general mobilization speech. He highly praised and affirmed the organizational performance of each team during the "Skill Competition". He thanked all employees for their new achievements in the company's development. At the same time, he also proposed that colleagues in all positions need to focus on their own duties, pay attention to details, continue to learn and improve, master business processes, and apply them to service links, so as to ensure that every task is carried out "smoothly and orderly", allowing our customers to fully experience the "professionalism and reassurance" of Simba's service!

   The company advocates and embarks on collaborating with customers to pursue "cost reduction and efficiency enhancement". This requires the entire business team to be more diligent in communication, attentive to details, and accountable in their duties, in order to achieve higher evaluations and recognition!

 At present, the overall economy is bearing unprecedented negative pressure, and the entire industry is "frantically" exploring the bottom. We also face a moment when we must seek results from team management and survival from refined management. We must strengthen the implementation and execution of standard processes, enhance the service tension of the team, and be equipped with the ability to solve problems for customers.

During his speech, Assistant General Manager Zhou mentioned that since the beginning of this year, the company has been focusing on "internal skill cultivation". They utilize data-driven analysis of business operations, deduce refined process execution from management outcomes, and the large team is making breakthroughs in multiple dimensions. These management actions are inseparable from the integration of "training achievements" by each team and their implementation in work processes. They also rely on the abilities and execution standards of Simba's colleagues in their respective positions. Centered around the idea of "educational entertainment", it encourages active participation and stimulates autonomous learning through methods that employees enjoy more.

   Each department team fully discussed and determined the theme of the competition, promoting the inspection of service standards through this competition activity. They conducted a "retrospective review" of our service execution, and each team worked closely together to ensure the orderly progress of the entire activity
